We realise that actionable findings are key if clients are to use our research insights to develop their organisation successfully. In-depth knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques enables ActionPoint to use the optimum methodology for a client’s issue, rather than being limited to a small portfolio when specialising in one or the other. Research is designed and undertaken across a range of sectors, in both consumer and business-to-business markets. Based in Hertfordshire, we provide customer and market insight across the UK and Europe. The founder of ActionPoint, Director, Penny Wylie, has 20 years’ experience in marketing and market research. Penny has an MSc in Marketing & Product Management from Cranfield University, is a Fellow with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and a full member of the Market Research Society. Her research career has involved working in both large and small research companies, most latterly in NFO WorldGroup (now TNS), before founding ActionPoint in 2004.
